Mumps Vaccine Finally Released By Merck

Merck the manufacturers of Mumpsvax have finally started to release the vaccine.  WellCare took receipt of a consignment of Mumpsvax earlier this week,  and we will start to call parents during the next week to arrange appointments.   We are calling parents in order of when they first booked their appointments.  

WellCare has been advised that Mumpsvax vaccines will continued to be released but probably in smaller quantities than we have been used to.  We will work to get through our backlog as promptly as possible and are hopeful that we can start to take bookings again for all three vaccines in the next few weeks.
