Results of Patient Survey May 2007 During May 2007 WellCare randomly surveyed 262 questionnaires from patients attending WellCare clinics for a variety of consultations. The survey was anonymous. Booking the appointment 82% said it was very easy to book an appointment 94% said staff were friendly and helpful Patient information and the consultation 96% said the information received prior to consultation was easy to understand 95% said the consultation was as expected or better 97% said the information received during consultation was easy to understand 94% said the length of the consultation was the right amount of time 97% said the doctor's explanation of the treatment was easy to understand Results 90% said that results were received faster or in the time they expected 79% intended to share results of the consultation with their usual GP Patient Comments "V. impressed with whole WellCare experience."
