What is the contract between WellCare and YOU?
The contract between the patient and WellCare is the Confirmation letter, which outlines:

How to book an appointment at WellCare
All services (except the Single Vaccination Programme)
WellCare offers an appointment-based service. To make your appointment:
Call 08700 10 56 56, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4.45 pm, when a member of our patient services team will be pleased to help you.
Alternatively, please email us at admin@wellcare.co.uk with your name and daytime telephone number. Our patient service advisers will contact you to arrange a suitable appointment date & time.
To make an appointment for the Single Vaccination Programme:
Call 08700 10 56 56 - and ask for an information and registration pack which will be sent without obligation. Alternatively, this can be downloaded from our website www.singlevac.co.uk.
When you are ready to book, send your completed registration form by post to our head office: WellCare, 8 Monmouth Place, Bath, BA1 2AU.
We will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your registration form to confirm appointment dates & times.
Please note: On the rare occasions where, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary WellCare reserves the right to change the date and time of any appointment.
How to Pay
WellCare requests payment at the time of making your appointment, with the exception of the Single Vaccination Programme, where payment should be sent with your completed registration form.

WellCare accepts MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Cheque or Postal Order. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to “WellCare”

Before you attend your appointment
Your appointment will be confirmed in writing and sent to you together with a receipted invoice, location directions for the WellCare clinic you have chosen any relevant patient information relating to your consultation. Full details of your consultation and after care will be found in the Patient Information leaflet relating to your consultation.
Cancellation of your Appointment
How to cancel your appointment (except Single Vaccination Programme)WellCare will refund your consultation fee, in full, only if you notify us within two working days of receiving your confirmation letter. If you do not let us know within this time, we will charge a cancellation fee of £20.00. Please note that for certain WellCare services (e.g. minor surgery procedures and cosmetic procedures) WellCare reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the fee if you give less than 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment.
Single Vaccination Programme appointment cancellation
WellCare regrets it is not able to make any refund of the vaccination fees where for any reason the appointment is not attended including instances where this is for a temporary medical reason. However appointments may be re-booked at a fee of £20. This fee is also non refundable. When cancelling any consultation either by phone or e-mail, please give us the following information:
- Your Name (or your child’s name)
- Date of your consultation
- The name of the WellCare Clinic you were due to attend
