Who are WellCare’s surgeons? WellCare’s surgeons are two of the region's most experienced surgeons in their fields. Mr Michael Lutterloch is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons, specialising in face and neck surgery. Mr Lutterloch is a maxillofacial surgeon (both a dental surgeon and a consultant facial surgeon) at the Royal United Hospital Bath. Dr John New is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and a GP surgeon who specialises in minor surgery on the body and vasectomies. Dr New works for the local Primary Care Trusts in Bath and Wiltshire carrying out minor operations in GP surgeries and hospitals.
