At the Bath WellCare Travel and Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre we can tell you what you need, give you what you need and send you on your way for a good travel experience. DVT/Pre-Travel Screen If you are worried about Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) and would like to know if you may be susceptible to developing DVT we can carry out a blood test to assess you. Pre-Consultation Questionaire If you book for a vaccination consultation with us you will be asked to complete a re-visit questionaire.
